Disney’s Lapu Lapu Tiki Drink

The Lapu Lapu is tropical rum drink served at Disney’s Polynesian Village Resort in Walt Disney World! Serve this summery drink in a pineapple or your favorite tiki drink ware and you’ll instantly be transported to a beach in Hawaii! It’s a kick in a glass!

Ingredients

  • 2 oz dark run

  • 2 oz orange juice

  • 2 oz pineapple juice

  • 1 oz sweet and sour mix

  • 1 oz spiced rum

  • 1 pineapple (optional)

Directions

1. If using a pineapple as your drinking vessel, cut the top off and remove the inner core and flesh using a pineapple corer.

2. Add the first four ingredients (through Sweet & Sour Mix) and stir.

3. Top with spiced rum.

4. Enjoy! (Preferably on a sunny day in the backyard while dreaming of being in Hawaii - or Disney - or wherever your personal happy place might be!

Tip

If you want to make a pitcher, switch the ounces to cups for the first 4 ingredients. Once you pour into drinking vessel, top with spiced rum.
